Our MPC Captains are volunteers who provide the important role of spreading the word about Making Portuguese Count to social civic, faith-based and academic groups in their own communities. Captains are the community leaders who are known and respected in their communities and, in turn, know their communities the best. They are the "trusted voices" who will make the difference in obtaining a complete count for the Portuguese-American community in cities/towns, counties, states and the nation.

Each Captain has signed an agreement to work with PALCUS to leverage their social and professional networks for this important initiative.
