“That’s what PALCUS is really all about: highlighting the importance of the Portuguese communities and extending our reach so that we can better advocate on the issues that are important to Portuguese communities, which are important to all Americans. The contributions that PALCUS has made in bringing us together, in my role as a member of the Portuguese caucus, is my honor and privilege. Working together, we will continue to grow.” - Congressman Jim Costa

“This is a great celebration of the important work PALCUS does. It honors not only the rich and wonderful history of the Portuguese-American community, but its bright and exciting future.” - Congressman David Ciciline
